The Mental Edge is a 12-month curriculum designed to help you implement mental strategies for your youth athletes. Our curriculum includes a mental skills theme for each month. You'll get information about the mental theme, how to communicate it to your athletes in a sports-specific setting and activities to complete during practice to help solidify the use of the mental skill. The Mental Edge also comes with exercises for the athletes including 3 journaling prompts and an online challenge for each monthly mental strategy theme. For the club owner, The Mental Edge also includes all social media content for each monthly theme sent to you in an easy-to-use file.
